Oslo, 28 August 2015 - Entra ASA announced today the appointment of Anders Olstad (47) as CFO. Arve Regland who became the company's CEO earlier this year previously held the position.
"I am very pleased to welcome Anders Olstad to Entra's corporate management team as our new CFO. He has broad experience from similar roles and will be a valuable contributor to the further development of the company", said Entra's CEO Arve Regland.
Anders Olstad holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor from the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy. He has previously held positions as CFO in Helly Hansen, Hurtigruten and Lindorff. At present he is a consultant.
"Entra is an exciting and solid company. I am very pleased with this opportunity and I look forward to take up the position and start working with my new colleagues", said Anders Olstad.
Anders Olstad will take up his position no later than 15 October 2015.
