Area Developers Chris Lowe and Dina Gonzalez of Reno, Nevada, plan to build up to three locations personally and are already working with potential investors for the remaining five units in their initial area. "We'll be moving fast to capitalize on the momentum of the brand in Nevada as we catapult and help position it for continued expansion throughout the west coast," Chris Lowe said. Lowe literally grew up in the restaurant franchise business as the son of an early partner in the Straw Hat Pizza franchise. The chain grew to approximately 200 company and franchise units and was sold in 1987 while Chris was in college. "I was impressed with the Squeeze In from the moment I set foot in the first location. Solid operations, excellent service and food are all part of the fabulous experience we have each time we go to Squeeze In. Going into this business was a no-brainer for us!" Lowe added.
