LUND, August 31, 2015 — In August 2015, the number of shares and votes in Anoto Group AB (publ.) (Reg. No. 556532-3929) increased by 48,048,341 shares as a result of (i) a share issue of 30,000,000 shares with payment in cash resolved by the board of directors on July 23, 2016, and (ii) a share issue in kind of 18,048,341 shares in connection with the acquisition of XMS Penvision resolved by the board of directors on July, 24, 2015.
As of August 31, 2015, the share capital in Anoto Group AB amounts to SEK 17,903,876.52 divided into 895,193,826 shares. The total number of votes in Anoto Group AB as of August 31, 2015 amounts to 895,193,826.
