European Directories BondCo S.C.A. has on 7 September 2015 held an extraordinary
general meeting which resolved that the supervisory board members of European
Directories BondCo S.C.A. we changed.

As of 7 September 2015 the supervisory board members are:

Neil Robson, supervisory board member;

  ·
Patrick L.C. van Denzen, supervisory board member; and

  ·
Shehzaad Atchia, supervisory board member.

The changes have been registered to the Luxembourg RCS.
