(added 27.02.15.) and on 01.06.15., hereby we inform, that “Latvijas balzams” Jsc reorganization by way of merger (joining) is registered with the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia, and “Latvijas balsams” Jsc subsidiary company “Daugavgrivas 7” SIA was joined to the acquiring company - joint stock company “Latvijas balzams” (URN40003031873, legal address:160 A.Čaka street, Riga, LV-1012, Latvia).
