DENVER, Sept. 08, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Platte River Equity ("Platte River") today announced the addition of two investment professionals. Eric Crawford joined the firm as a Vice President, and TJ Stone joined as an Associate.

Mr. Crawford is returning to Platte River where he served as an Associate for three years prior to pursuing his MBA. As a Vice President, he will focus on investments across all of the firm’s target sectors. Mr. Crawford was previously an investment banking Analyst at Jefferies in Charlotte, North Carolina. He holds an MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management and an A.B. in Economics and Engineering from Dartmouth College.
Prior to joining Platte River, Mr. Stone was an Analyst in the Diversified Industries Group at J.P. Morgan in the firm’s New York office. While at J.P. Morgan, Mr. Stone was involved in a number of M&A and financing transactions across the industrials, transportation and aerospace sectors. Mr. Stone holds a B.S. in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University.
