John will serve as acting CFO and will assume responsibility for the Company's core financial functions on an interim basis. He replaces former CFO Linus Lönnroth, who who has chosen to leave the company to pursue other career opportunities.

A formal search has been started to manage the recruitment of a new Chief Financial Officer. During this transition, John Ward will also continue in his permanent role as COO.
Prior to TrustBuddy, John was responsible for the configuration and implementation of a new core-banking platform. Before that, he was with a private equity firm, where he worked to double the EBITDA of their portfolio company. This result was achieved through multiple initiatives based on detailed analysis of their financial performance that optimized fixed and variable expenses and grew revenues through new product launches.
