VALOE EXTENDS THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD OF THE CONVERTIBLE BOND I/2015 FOR A WEEK UNTIL 9 OCTOBER 2015

Valoe Corporation has resolved to extend the subscription period of the Convertible Bond I/2015 for a week so that the subscription period shall end on 9 October 2015 at 6.00 pm.

The maximum amount of the Convertible Bond is EUR 7,700,000. On the date of this stock exchange release Valoe has received underwriting commitments for ca. EUR 5.9 million. Out of the underwriting commitments ca. EUR 2.0 million has been paid in cash.
