On 23rd September 2015 JSC “Lithuanian Railways” took over the state owned shares of PC “Lithuanian Shipping Company” – 46 953 531 (forty six million nine hundred fifty three thousand five hundred thirty one) ordinary registered non-material shares, which represent 56.66 percent of the votes in General Meeting of the shareholders of PC “Lithuanian Shipping Company”.
