Under this agreement GTX Corp will leverage Telefónica's global Smart M2M platform and relationships across Europe. The Smart M2M (SM2M) agreement enables GTX Corp's patented GPS SmartSole and other innovative GPS and cellular tracking and monitoring solutions to be deployed across the globe using one SIM card and provisioning backend platform, complimenting Telefonica's telematics portfolio of novel products and solutions.
