Hill International will now issue its 2015 third quarter results on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 after the close of the stock market and host a conference call on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at 11:00 am Eastern Time.
The change in date will provide Hill with additional time to complete the previously announced restatement of certain prior period financial results associated with the accounting treatment of its Libya Receivable. This restatement must be completed prior to the issuance of Hill's 2015 third quarter financial results. Hill believes that the final restatement amounts for the periods in question will not change materially from the estimates provided on October 19, 2015.
