Western Pacific Trust Company Grants Stock Options


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Nov. 19, 2015) - Western Pacific Trust Company (TSX VENTURE:WP) (the "Company") announces that stock options were granted to directors and employees under the Company's Stock Option Plan for a total of 890,030 common shares on November 19, 2015.

The options were granted at an exercise price of 7 cents per share, for a 7 year term to expire November 18, 2022.

The options will vest as to one-third at December 31, 2015, one-third at December 31, 2016 and one-third at December 2017.

The above-noted option grants will leave a balance of 2,128,711 common shares reserved for issuance under the Company's Stock Option Plan.
