Northrim BanCorp, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend of $0.19 per Share


ANCHORAGE, Alaska, Nov. 20, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Northrim BanCorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:NRIM) today announced that the Board of Directors declared its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share. The dividend will be payable on December 18, 2015, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 10, 2015.

On October 27, 2015, Northrim reported that continued demand for home mortgages from new purchasers and portfolio loan and deposit growth generated a 44% increase in third quarter profits and a 27% increase in profits year-to-date compared to the same periods a year ago. Net income in the third quarter of 2015 was $5.3 million, or $0.77 per diluted share, compared to $4.8 million, or $0.69 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2015, and $3.7 million, or $0.53 per diluted share, in the third quarter of 2014. For the first nine months of 2015, net income was $13.7 million, or $1.97 per diluted share, compared to $10.7 million, or $1.57 per diluted share in the first nine months of 2014.
