SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH SSH COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY´S OPTIONS AND UPDATE OF OPTION RIGHT STATUS

A total of 23.100 new shares of SSH Communications Security Corporation were subscribed for with the I/2012A options and 198.000 new shares were subscribed for with the I/2013A options.

On the basis of authorizations of the General Meeting of the Shareholders, Board of Directors adopted option program I/2012 on July 27, 2012 and option program I/2013 on June 4, 2013.

As a result of the subscriptions, the share capital of the company has risen to EUR 941.108,49 and the total number of shares is 31.370.283. The increase in the share capital, in total EUR 6.633,00 was registered in the Finnish Trade Register today. The new shares will be available for public trading on the main list of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. together with the old shares.

Option rights issued on the basis of the Option Programs of the Company are unused as follows:

Under the Option Program I/2012, 1.095.200 option rights, which entitle to subscribe new shares with the subscription price of EUR 0.65, are unused.

Under the Option Program I/2013, 1.255.150 option rights, which entitle to subscribe new shares with the subscription price of EUR 1.66, are unused.

Under the Option Program I/2014, 1.000.000 option rights, which entitle to subscribe new shares with the subscription price of EUR 2.55, are unused.

Under the Option Program I/2015, 2.000.000 option rights, which entitle to subscribe new shares with the subscription price of EUR 3.45, are unused.
