Clifford, retired Managing Partner at Ernst & Young LLP in Kansas City, was appointed to the company’s Board of Directors effective immediately. Mr. Clifford, who also concurrently served as an audit partner for Ernst & Young, will join both Ferrellgas’ Audit and Governance Committees.
