BankNordik’s internal auditor, Thomas Ennistein, has tendered his resignation as chief auditor effective 1 March 2016. Mr Ennistein has held the position as the bank’s chief internal auditor since 1 April 2012.
“In my position as chief internal auditor, I’ve had good and constructive working relationships with BankNordik’s board of directors, executive board, independent auditors and the in-house audit team. I’ve been with BankNordik for four years, and I believe now is the time to seek new challenges elsewhere. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone I’ve worked with at BankNordik,” said Thomas Ennistein on his resignation.
BankNordik will initiate a process to fill the position of chief internal auditor as soon as possible.
