Exel Composites’ Financial Calendar and Annual General Meeting in 2016
Exel Composites will publish its financial information in 2016 as follows:
Financial Statements 2015: Friday 19 February 2016 at approximately 9 a.m.
Annual Report 2015 in electronic format: Thursday 25 February 2016
Interim Report January – March: Wednesday 11 May 2016 at approx. 9 a.m.
Interim Report January – June: Thursday 21 July 2016 at approx. 10 a.m.
Interim Report January – September: Tuesday 25 October 2016 at approx. 4 p.m.
Exel Composites observes a three week-long silent period before the publication of financial statement bulletins and interim reports. During that period the Company organizes no IR-meetings, nor does it issue any comments on its financial result.
Exel Composites Plc’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 17 March 2016 at 10.30 am at Radisson Blu Royal Hotel at the address of Runeberginkatu 2, Helsinki, Finland. The meeting will be convened by the Company’s Board of Directors on 19 February 2016. According to the Finnish Companies Act, a shareholder may present a written request to the Company’s Board of Directors to place a matter on the agenda of the next General Meeting. A shareholder must declare his or her demands in writing to Exel Composites Plc’s Board of Directors on Friday 22 January 2016 at the latest by regular mail to Exel Composites Plc, Annual General Meeting, Mäkituvantie 5, 01510 Vantaa, Finland or by email to investor@exelcomposites.com.
