Washington Federal Announces 7.7% Increase in Cash Dividend


SEATTLE, Wash., Jan. 20, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - The Board of Directors of Washington Federal, Inc. (NASDAQ:WAFD) today announced a quarterly cash dividend of 14 cents per share, an increase of $0.01, or 7.69% from the previous quarter. The dividend will be paid on February 12, 2016 to common stockholders of record as of February 1, 2016. This will be Washington Federal's 132nd consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
