ADVANCE INFORMATION ON DOVRE GROUP’S FINANCIALS FOR 2015
Dovre Group expects the Group’s net sales and EBITDA for 2015 to be consistent with the Group’s previously released guidance for 2015. The Group expects net sales to be approx. EUR 116 million and EBITDA excluding non-recurring items approx. EUR 1.5 million. The figures are based on unaudited information.
The Group’s non-recurring items, approx. EUR -1.9 million in total, includes the Group’s previously reported non-recurring costs, approx. EUR -1.1 million in total, which consist of external advisory services and restructuring costs relating to the Group’s merger with NPC, completed on May 28, 2015. In Q4/2015, the Group has also recorded a non-recurring, primarily non-cash item, totaling approx. EUR -0.4 million relating to the sale of the Group’s consulting business in Sweden, announced on Nov 5, 2015. In addition, the Group has made a restructuring provision of approx. EUR -0.3 million in Norway in Q4/2015.
Dovre Group’s guidance for 2015, released on October 1, 2015: Net sales are expected to be EUR 115-120 million and the EBITDA excluding non-recurring items EUR 1.0-1.5 million.
Dovre Group’s financial statements bulletin for 2015 will be released on Thursday February 18, 2016.
