Riga, 2016-03-04 16:23 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- JSC Latvijas Balzams informs that in compliance with the decision from March 3, 2016 by the Council of Latvijas Balzams, Seymour Paul Ferreira has been recalled from the position of the Chairman of the board and Intars Geidāns has been appointed as a the new Chairman of the board.
Intars Geidāns has proved himself as dedicated manager working for Latvijas Balzams in the position of Director of Logistics Department for 5 years.
Intars Geidāns holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Latvia.
Ronalds Žarinovs will continue to fulfil his duties of deputy chairman of the board and Jekaterina Stuģe – her duties of the board member.
Intars Geidāns has been assigned sole representation rights of the company, while all the other board members have the right to represent the company together with another member of the board.
