Den 30 november 2015 observationsnoterades aktierna i Industrial & Financial Systems AB på grund av att EQT VII, genom IGT Holding IV AB, samma dag offentliggjort ett pressmeddelande med information om att IGT Holding IV AB hade för avsikt att, genom ett budpliktsbud, lämna ett offentligt uppköpserbjudande till aktieägarna i Industrial & Financial Systems AB. Den 7 december 2015 offentliggjordes ett sådant erbjudande. Den 9 februari 2016 offentliggjorde IGT Holding IV AB ett pressmeddelande med information om utfallet i erbjudandet.
Med anledning av ovanstående har Nasdaq Stockholm AB beslutat att observationsnoteringen för aktierna i Industrial & Financial Systems AB (IFS A, ISIN-kod SE0000189953, orderboks-ID 994 samt IFS B, ISIN-kod SE0000189946, orderboks-ID 995) ska tas bort fr.o.m. i dag den 16 mars 2016.
On November 30, 2015, the shares in Industrial & Financial Systems AB were given observation status due a press release published the same day by EQT VII, thru IGT Holding IV AB, with information that IGT Holding IV AB intended to, by a mandatory offer, raise a public offer to the shareholders in Industrial & Financial Systems AB. Such an offer was later published on December 7, 2015. On February 9, 2016, IGT Holding IV AB published a press release with information about the outcome of the offer.
With reference to what is stated above, Nasdaq Stockholm AB has decided that the observation status for the shares in Industrial & Financial Systems AB (IFS A, ISIN code SE0000189953, order book ID 994 and IFS B, ISIN code SE0000189946, order book ID 995) shall be removed with effect as of today, March 16, 2016.
