Bravida strengthens their position in Copenhagen by acquiring Vinther & Strøm A/S

Bravida Denmark is acquiring the installation company Vinther & Strøm A/S in
Rødovre. The company has 52 employees and a turnover equivalent to SEK 70
million.
Vinther & Strøm was founded in 1999 and deliver installations and service within
electricity, telecom, data, control, fire and security. Their primary customers
are building contractors, general contractors and industries.
– Vinther & Strøm is an attractive business with competent employees and good
reputation in the industry. I am convinced that both Bravida’s and Vinther &
Strøm’s customers will benefit from the acquisition since it strengthens the
offer, says Søren Frahm, regional manager Bravida Denmark Region Øst.
Vinther & Strøm’s employees will become part of region Øst and will continue to
deliver services to Vinther & Strøm’s current customers.
– Our ambition has always been to deliver professional solutions at competitive
prices with the best service, both during and after installation. Our ambition
remains even after we become a part of Bravida, says Lars Vinther, one of
Vinther & Strøm’s founders.
Vinther & Strøm is Bravida Denmark’s third acquisition during the past six
months. In December 2015 Delta3 Teknik A/S in Randers was acquired and in March
2016 was EnergiMidt’s electrical installations branch in Silkesborg acquired.
Bravida enters the ownership on 1 May 2016.
