Global Water Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq:GWRS), a water resource utilities company located in Phoenix, Arizona, will visit the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square. Global Water Resources, Inc. is celebrating its successful IPO which closed on May 3rd and its merger with GWR Global Water Resources, Corp. (a Canadian entity that owned a 48% interest in Global Water Resources, Inc. and was publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange). The merger and listing on the Nasdaq provides for many benefits to the Company as they look to grow their business which is focused on the broad issues of water supply and scarcity, applying principles of water conservation through water reuse and advanced technologies within the water, wastewater, and recycled water utilities they own and operate.
