("PharmaCan" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: MJN) -- Lorne Gertner has announced his resignation as a director of PharmaCan effective May 19, 2016 so that he may focus on other opportunities. PharmaCan is pleased to have had the opportunity to benefit from Mr. Gertner's participation on the board.

The board of directors of the Company consists of Michael Gorenstein, Michael Krestell (independent) and Alan Friedman (independent).
