NASDAQ STOCKHOLM WELCOMES TALKPOOL TO FIRST NORTH

Stockholm, May 24, 2016 — Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that the trading in TalkPool AG’s shares (short name: TALK) commenced today on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm. TalkPool belongs to the Telecommunications sector and is the 28th company to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq’s Nordic markets* in 2016.

TalkPool is an independent specialist which designs, implements and maintains mobile and fixed line telecom networks as well as networks and product solutions for the growing Internet of Things market. The company currently has operations in close to 15 countries on three continents, and its clients include both network operators and industrial customers. TalkPool was founded in 2000, has its headquarters in Switzerland, and currently employs around 220 professionals. For more information, please visit www.talkpool.com.

"We are overwhelmed by the interest shown in TalkPool and it provides great confidence as we enter a new phase of the company’s history,” said Erik Strömstedt, CEO of Talkpool. “The successful listing enables us to cease the opportunities for business and acquisition in the IoT and Network Services Markets, ensuring a bright future for Talkpool."

“We were looking for SEK 10 million SEK in our IPO and got subscriptions for a block-busting ten times that value – a clear evidence of the interest in our company,” said Magnus Sparrholm, Chairman of the Board of Talkpool. “While we today celebrate our successful IPO, I hereby invite TalkPool’s new shareholders to join me in taking a long-term investment approach. TalkPool is enabling the next generation of internet that features not only people but also things that are communicating over the internet in smart ways. It will take years for our investments in IoT to become rife, but I am convinced that TalkPool will grow fast and that our IoT leadership will continue to bear fruit.”

“We welcome TalkPool to Nasdaq First North,” said Adam Kostyál, senior vice president and head of European listings at Nasdaq. “First North continues to attract a significant number of innovative growth companies, and we look forward to supporting TalkPool for many years to come.”

TalkPool AG has appointed Remium Nordic AB as the Certified Adviser.
