Copenhagen, 2016-06-23 14:40 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- With reference to QIAGEN N.V.’s, company reg. no. 804803778, Hulsterweg 82, 5912PL Venlo, the Netherlands, announcement earlier today stating that the Recommended Public Conditional Voluntary Offer on 19 April 2016 (the "Offer") will be completed QIAGEN N.V. hereby announces that QIAGEN N.V. subsequently of the completion and settlement of the Offer directly will hold 34,852,938 shares representing app. 94.52% of the share capital and voting rights in Exiqon A/S, Skelstedet 16, 2950 Vedbæk, company reg.no. (CVR) 18984431 (the "Company"). QIAGEN N.V. expects that the Offer will be completed and settled on Monday 27 June 2016.
