“In accordance with the rules of Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act we hereby notify you that we have disposed of our shares in Greentech Energy Systems A/S so that we no longer hold any shares in the company”.
Greentech Energy Systems A/S has been informed as follows by Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A.:
“In accordance with the rules of Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act we hereby notify you that we have disposed of our shares in Greentech Energy Systems A/S so that we no longer hold any shares in the company”.
Greentech Energy Systems A/S has been informed as follows by GWM SIF.:
“In accordance with the rules of Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act we hereby notify you that we have acquired an additional shareholding of 22’145’666 shares in Greentech Energy Systems A/S. Following the acquisition we hold a total of 31’042’832 shares, equivalent to 29.10% of the shares in the company, and thus have exceeded the 25% threshold. We have simultaneously herewith reported the transaction to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority”.
