Henrik Blomé to leave Ratos at the close of 2016


This information is disclosed pursuant to the Swedish Securities Market Act, the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act or requirements stipulated in the listing agreement.

Henrik Blomé, Investment Director and deputy CEO of Ratos, has chosen to resign from Ratos after more than 15 years to pursue new challenges. He will continue to work in the investment organisation during the autumn and will not leave the company until after the end of the year.

Henrik Blomé has been a part of the investment organisation at Ratos since 2001 and has been a prominent contributor to the development of many successful companies and investments.

"I have had 15 amazing years at Ratos, but the time has come for me to find a new challenge. I look forward to winding up what I have at hand and working towards a smooth transition this autumn," says Henrik Blomé.
