On 30 June 2016, shares without nominal value of AS PRFoods were registered in the Commercial Register based on the resolutions adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on 26 May 2016. The amount of the registered share capital of the Company is 7,736,572 euros, which is divided into 38,682,860 ordinary shares without nominal value and with the calculated value of 0.20 euros per share. A new version of the Articles of Association of the Company also became into force. The new version of the Articles of Association of the Company is available on the Company’s website www.prfoods.ee
