Founded in 2013, The CLUB (www.theclubsv.org) is composed of a diverse community of professional women interested in helping each other to become leaders in Silicon Valley and solve the problem for themselves. Members are powerful accomplished women reaching out and helping other women to succeed and lead in their business and community lives by sharing best practices on what it takes to thrive in today’s workplace.
For women who have already developed their expertise and are looking to take their career to the next level, The CLUB offers the Incubator. The highly selective, yearlong program has a structured curriculum filled with actionable ways to improve and promote public profile, enhance personal brand, expand networks and confirm board readiness. Only a select group of members are chosen to join the Incubator, and each one was selected for their proven track record of success as well as their potential to become leaders in their given field. Each year, the CLUB turns out a new class of women into Silicon Valley with better leadership skills. It is designed to propel the “Incubees’” career growth and personal potential.
