(NASDAQ:SCAI) (“SCA”), a leader in the outpatient surgery industry, and Virtua Health (“Virtua”), one of New Jersey’s largest health systems, have been chosen to partner with Bergen-Passaic Cataract Laser and Surgery Center (“BPSC”). This investment expands the SCA and Virtua partnership in New Jersey to nine surgery centers, and 20 collectively between the two organizations.
