BIMobject AB today announces that HCN Group AB has purchased 260 000 shares at 28,61 SEK, outside of the stock exchange, from the founder Stefan Larssons company Procedural Labs AB.
After the transaction Procedural Labs AB owns 4 160 250 shares which represents approximately 19% of the total shares in BIMobject AB. Stefan Larsson owns 100% of Procedural Labs AB.
