SSH COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY UPDATES ITS DISCLOSURE POLICY

SSH Communications Security Corporation has updated its disclosure policy, which also describes company´s operating principles and processes regarding the communication with capital markets.

These updates reflect the regulatory changes due to the new Market Abuse Regulation (EU), effective as of 3rd of July 2016. In addition to these adjustments, SSH has revised the order value limit for stock exchange releases to EUR 1.5 million.

SSH may also make press releases regarding its operations and business transactions, which do not meet the criteria for stock exchange releases, but might provide useful information to the investors and media.


The updated disclosure policy is effective as of 1st of October 2016.
