Telsiai, Lithuania, 2016-10-05 13:21 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 04 October 2016 (16:50) was received a plaint, submitted to the District Court of Telšiai District by the Association of Investors and Vytautas Plunksnys, regarding the decision of Board as of 03 August 2016 and decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as of 26 August 2016 concerning the delisting of shares from trading on a regulated market NASDAQ Vilnius, AB. The Court has ordered the provisional measures and prohibited the execution of the decisions.
In the near future, the Company’s board intends to suggest to the Shareholders to remove the issue on the delisting of Company’s shares from trading on a regulated market NASDAQ Vilnius, AB from the Agenda of General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 28 October 2016 and not to continue the public offering of shares until the plaint of Association of Investors and Vytautas Plunksnys will be examined.
