On 04 October 2016 (16:50) was received a Court order of the District Court of Telšiai Region according to the plaint submitted by the Association of Investors and Vytautas Plunksnys regarding the suspension of decisions, delisting of the shares from trading on a regulated market NASDAQ Vilnius, AB, adopted by the Board of Žemaitijos pienas as of 03 August 2016 and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as of 26 August 2016. The Court has ordered the provisional measures and prohibited to execute the adopted decisions to the Board of Žemaitijos pienas, AB. The Court order shall be enforced immediately.
In the near future, the Company’s board intends to suggest to the Shareholders to remove the issue on the delisting of Company’s shares from trading on a regulated market NASDAQ Vilnius, AB from the Agenda of General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 28 October 2016 and not to continue the public offering of shares until the plaint of Association of Investors and Vytautas Plunksnys will be examined.
