Flagging Notification in Accordance with Chapter 9 Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act

On 12 October 2016, Technopolis Plc received a flagging notification pursuant to Chapter 9 Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act.

According to the flagging notification, the total ownership in Technopolis Plc held by BNP Paribas Investment Partners Luxemburg S.A. increased on October 4, 2016 to 7,946,087 shares thus totaling 5.004 per cent of all shares in Technopolis Plc.

BNP Paribas Investment Partners Luxemburg S.A. is a controlled entity of BNP Paribas Investment Partners S.A.

Technopolis Plc has one share series, each share entitling to one vote. The total amount of shares is 158,793,662.
