On 19 October 2016, SIA Merks, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has entered into a contract with SIA “Cēsu 9”, to perform the construction works of a residential apartment building located at Cēsu st 9, Riga.
The scope of works will include construction of one seven-storey residential apartment building with 67 apartments and underground parking, construction of external network and landscaping.
The value of the contract is approximately 5 million euros, plus value added tax. The construction works will start in October 2016 and are scheduled to complete in December 2017.
