We report on what has happened during the year and discuss our vision about our future development. Meetings are planned on October 24 in Vilnius, October 25 in Warsaw, October 26 in Copenhagen and in Stockholm, October 27 in Helsinki and October 28 in Tallinn. More than 20 meetings have been scheduled so far and during those meetings the enclosed presentation will be distributed.
