Providence Resources P.l.c. (the "Company") have been informed by Pageant Holdings Limited on 25^th November 2016 that with effect from 23^rd and 24^th November 2016;

Pageant Holdings Limited now hold 44,541,186 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 7.45% of the issued ordinary share capital.
