DigitalTown Announces Acquisition of Appointment.com


BELLEVUE, WA and INVERMERE, BC--(Marketwired - December 02, 2016) - DigitalTown, Inc. (OTC PINK: DGTW) announced today the acquisition of Appointment.com, an established provider of online appointment booking solutions.

Effective December 1, 2016, DigitalTown has acquired a 100% interest in Appointment.com LLC.
