Old National announces leadership changes within its Corporate Finance Department


EVANSVILLE, Ind., Dec. 05, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Effective immediately, Old National (NASDAQ:ONB) has announced several key changes within its Corporate Finance Department. All affected positions are located in Evansville.

  • Mark Gorski, who currently leads Old National’s Budget and Financial Planning area and Procurement team, will take on additional responsibilities for Corporate Accounting, Tax and Facilities. Mark will assume the title of SVP, Director of Finance. Gorski was formerly the Chief Financial Officer at Indiana Bank and Trust (IBT), which was acquired by Old National via partnership in 2012. Prior to his time at IBT, Gorski spent eight years at Fifth Third Bank in a variety of positions. With more than 30 total years of financial industry experience to his credit, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University.
     
  • Brendon Falconer, who leads Old National’s Loss Share and Credit Management Information System areas, will expand his responsibilities to include Treasury functions, assuming the title of SVP, Treasurer.  Falconer joined Old National’s Evansville Finance team as Bank Controller in 2009. He has 16 years of experience in the financial services industry in a number of accounting- and finance-related roles. Falconer earned his bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and his MBA from Indiana State University. 
     
  • Mike Loyd will assume the role of VP, Assistant Treasurer.  Loyd joined Old National in February 2014 and was previously responsible for the Financial Planning and Analysis team at a consumer finance organization. He has over 15 years of strategic planning, financial analysis and capital markets experience. Loyd holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Auburn University. 
     
  • Jennifer Guzman will take on the new role of SVP, Data Governance Manager in Old National’s Enterprise Risk Department, a position designed to take advantage of her broad institutional knowledge and analytical skills. She began her career at Old National in 1993 as a part-time Teller and joined the Finance area in 1999. In 2011, she was promoted to SVP, Treasurer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana.
