Composition of the Board of Directors
Paris, 21 December 2017, 5:45 pm: HiPay Group (ISIN code: FR0012821916 - HIPAY), the Fintech company specialized in online payments, received the resignation of HiMedia SA (which recently adopted the brand AdUX) represented by Cyril Zimmermann from its position as Administrator on December 13th, 2016. The Board of Directors noted the resignation and made it effective starting December 16th, 2016.
The Board and management of HiPay would like to thank Cyril Zimmermann for his accompaniment and wish him well in his future business ventures.
