Terex Corporation has on January 5, 2017, on behalf of itself and, among others, Terex Deutschland GmbH, submitted a notification of major holdings concerning the acquisition by Terex Deutschland GmbH of 19,600,000 Class B shares in the issuer. Terex Corporation has subsequently on January 6, 2017 acquired said shares from Terex Deutschland GmbH in an intra-group transfer. Pursuant to the transfer agreement between Terex Corporation and Terex Deutschland GmbH, the shares have been transferred to Terex Corporation on January 6, 2017. Terex Deutschland GmbH is 100% owned and controlled by Terex Germany GmbH & Co. KG, which is 100% owned and controlled by Terex European Holdings B.V, which is 100% owned and controlled by Terex Netherlands Holdings B.V, which is 100% owned and controlled by Terex Corporation.
