On 11 January, 2017, SIA „Acme Corporation” (the „Issuer”) published the notice with the title „Amendments to SIA „Acme Corporation” Bond Prospectus (ISIN: LV0000800787) (the „Notice”), available on Nasdaq Riga webpage: https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=753605&messageId=945043. With this Notice the Issuer provides additional information to allow the Bondholders to more easily access the amendments to the Bond Prospectus of 29 June, 2010 (the „Prospectus”).

The Issuer hereby communicates the following information:

1.     The Bondholders’ waiver for the amendments to the first paragraph of Section 5.6 of the Prospectus is received in accordance with the application for the Bondholders’ waiver of 28 November, 2014 (available on Nasdaq Riga webpage: https://newsclient.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=635113&messageId=788477) and the Bondholders’ voting results of 15 December, 2014 (available on Nasdaq Riga webpage: https://newsclient.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=637209&messageId=791250).

2.     The Bondholders’ waiver for the amendments to the second full paragraph of Section 5.11 of the Prospectus is received in accordance with the application for the Bondholders’ waiver of 27 November, 2015 (available on Nasdaq Riga webpage: https://newsclient.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=686783&messageId=857333) and the Bondholders’ voting results of 14 December, 2015 (available on Nasdaq Riga webpage: https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=689114&messageId=860546).

3.     The Bondholders’ waiver for the amendments to the sixth paragraph of Section 6.7 of the Prospectus is received in accordance with the application for the Bondholders’ waiver of 28 November, 2014 (available on Nasdaq Riga webpage: https://newsclient.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=635113&messageId=788477) and the Bondholders’ voting results of 15 December, 2014 (available on Nasdaq Riga webpage: https://newsclient.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=637209&messageId=791250).
