Zodiac Aerospace's dividend for fiscal year 2015/2016

Plaisir, January 20, 2017 - At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on January 19, 2017, Zodiac Aerospace's shareholders approved the proposed €0.32 per share dividend for the 2015/2016 fiscal year and the option payment of the dividend in new shares (related to half of the dividend being distributed).

The issue price of the new shares to be issued in consideration for the dividend has been set at €20.02. This issue price corresponds to an amount equal to 90% of the average of the first quoted prices on the twenty stock market trading days preceding the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, less the net amount of the dividend, and rounded up to the nearest euro cent.

As a reminder, the key dates related to the dividend are:

Half in cash:

• Ex-date: January 25, 2017
• Record date: January 26, 2017
• Payment date: February 14, 2017.

Half in shares or in cash (shareholder's choice):

• Record date: January 24, 2017
• Ex-date: January 25, 2017
• Payment date: February 14, 2017.
