Kotipizza Group acquires the business operations of Pizzataxi
Kotipizza Group has acquired all business operations of Helsinki Pizzapalvelu Oy. The company operates the Pizzataxi restaurant chain which comprises 22 restaurants operating in the Helsinki region and Southern Finland. In 2016, Pizzataxi's chain-based sales amounted to approximately 6 million euros.
Kotipizza Group plans to merge the restaurants with the operations of the Kotipizza chain.
