Juha Mikkola, responsible for Growth Equity, to join CapMan's Management Group
Juha Mikkola (MBA) has been appointed a member of CapMan Group's Management Group starting from 2 February 2017. Mikkola is responsible for Growth Equity at CapMan.
Mikkola has over 25 years of experience in private equity. During his career he has raised several private equity funds and helped build dozens of successful companies. Mikkola has been head of Norvestia's Growth Equity team since 2011. Prior to that, he was responsible for the Venture team at Eqvitec. He has also been involved in starting the operations of Finland Industry Investment Ltd.
"Growth Equity is a growing investment class between venture and buyout and an increasingly important part of CapMan's investment activities. Growth Equity investments are generally minority investments.
