Suspension of trading pending an announcement

Gaumont has requested Euronext Paris to suspend trading in its shares on the Paris stock exchange as of Monday 27 February 2017, pending the announcement of a financial operation. Trading will resume on Thursday 2 March 2017 after publication of a press release.
