(NASDAQ:AMED), one of the nation’s leading home health care, hospice and personal care companies, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Tenet Healthcare’s (NYSE:THC) home health and hospice operations in Arizona, Illinois, Massachusetts and Texas.
