Brower Piven Announces the Filing of a Class Action Lawsuit on Behalf of the Former Stockholders of The Fresh Market, Inc.

The complaint further alleges that, as a result of the false and misleading statements and material omissions, which concealed Defendants’ manipulation of the sales process for the Company, The Fresh Market shareholders received inadequate consideration for their Company shares.
